How does the 8 Week challenge work?

This challenge is primarily about building habits, as a group we have a main focus each week. For example hitting a water target each day for the week. We focus on this target, nail it, and then add on a new layer each week. 

It's about stacking habits, creating momentum with small wins and working towards sustainable real long-term change. 

Does this challenge suit Vegetarians/Other dietary requirements?

Absolutely! 

We often find vegetarians or clients with other dietary requirements often benefit hugely from guidance and support in how to navigate reaching their nutritional needs while also matching their dietary requirements.

For example it can be quite challenging to get enough plant based protein throughout the day to to aid muscle recovery. However, that's where the power of having a coach comes in!

Will I receive the same meal plan as everybody on the challenge?

This is not a cookie-cutter nutrition challenge. 

While we have a group focus on building healthy habits that are applicable to all humans. The individual element is where you get the biggest value. This challenge is based on you and your normal, providing tweaks and guidance to match your goals.

Many find the food diary tool extremely useful in sharing their usual intake where specific nutritional guidance, feedback and changes can be discussed from there. The exercise of visibility itself is extremely powerful in terms of awareness and learning. 

There is not one single way to provide guidance, O23 can also provide meal guides, macro targets and MyFitnessPal tracking. 

The overall long term goal is to help empower you to reach your goals through education and practice. To achieve body composition goals, better energy and performance while fostering food freedom and self confidence.
