Hi, I’m Amy

I believe food is at the heart of connection. I believe food is more than fuel, it is a source of connection, shared experience, brings comfort, security and identity. Our fondest memories and strongest identities are often circled around times of food. Food is also a huge way we show love and care to ourselves.

I believe in pouring into your own cup, sometime’s it feels selfish but ultimately the best version of you serves the ones you love.

Understanding nutrition feels overwhelming and complicated. Knowing how to best look after yourself amongst life’s crazy chaos seems simple, yet in practice isn’t easy.

I have always enjoyed quality food, cooking and eating well however it’s not until I truely understood the foundations of nutrition and explored more avenues of health than eating and exercising did I really see results.

Becoming a Mum and experiencing the incredible changes your body goes through, more so the challenging loss and rebuilding of personal identity is like no other time of life.

Through the rollercoaster of creating small humans, is where I discovered and found myself, stronger than before.

Understanding what my body needed, researching, learning, growing and changing I’ve come so far in my relationship with myself, relationship with food and trust in the process as a whole.

I have a strong desire to help others find the best version of themselves. By empowering you to have the tools to bring out the best in yourself, for yourself.

I’ve spent over 10 years in the health and fitness industry and it still pains me to hear another person or friend say “I’m on a diet”. Life should be lived!

O23 is about all The Other 23 Hours of the day, outside the hour of exercise you might do in the gym. It’s redefining how to get the best out of what you put into your body, (nutrition, sleep, stress), to get the best out (mood, motivation, body composition).

It’s about working together to find what works for you around the way you like to live life. You will never be this age or this health again and I want to help you get the very best out of each day.
